For Educators

Successful academic experiences are the goal for educators. When Pearson Learning Solutions began focus groups around this topic in spring of 2009, we quickly saw how engaging this topic was for all involved. Educators shared definitions of student success, pinpointed barriers and contributors and then discussed a broad range of ways to measure it. Pearson Learning Solutions recognizes the critical importance of supporting successful academic experiences in education to ensure lifelong achievement, so we gathered educators, students and leaders in education to create this Faculty and Student Advocates site. Faculty and Student Advocates focuses on supporting successful academic experiences and addressing key barriers by bringing together faculty, students and leaders in the education community to discuss the issues.

Visit the Faculty and Student Advocates blog to hear stories from faculty, students and other leaders in the educational community.

The Faculty and Student Advocates invite all higher education institutions to share in this discussion of successful academic experiences for lifelong achievement.
