Scott Horvath
Scott Horvath is the Director of the Center for Working Families at Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he is actively involved in building community programming for the residents of central Indiana. Previously, as Executive Director of Ivy Tech Corporate College, Scott designed numerous workforce programs for key industries. Scott has been at Ivy Tech since 2003, and is a LERN Certified Program Planner. Prior to joining Ivy Tech, Scott worked as an account representative for Eastman Kodak, and served as a regional trainer for the consumer imaging sales division. Scott's community involvement extends to leadership roles on the Central Indiana Small Business Development Center Business Advisory Council, Hispanic Business Council Board, Indiana Women’s Prison Community Advisory Board and the Mid-North Quality of Life Task Committee. Scott is also an active member of the Indianapolis Downtown Rotary.
John Beeson
John Beeson is the Executive Director of the Office of External Relations for the Indiana University School of Continuing Studies in Bloomington, a position he has held since 1992. He currently serves as the school's development officer, alumni association liaison, government affairs coordinator, and manages the school's professional development programming. He is also President of the Indiana Council for Continuing Education and serves as a member of the Markets and Futures Commission of the University Professional Continuing Education Association. John has been involved in adult education since 1975, and is widely regarded as a keynote speaker and seminar leader.
Jo Ann Hall
Jo Ann Hall is the Executive Dean of Economic & Workforce Development and Community Training at Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She has been in that role since 2002, serving as the College liason to community and state economic development boards and committees. Jo Ann’s unit provides general community training along with professional development and customized training solutions to the business community. Prior to joining Moraine Park, Jo Ann spent 15 years in manufacturing management in both repetitive and custom design environments, and she has experience both with union and non-union environments. Jo Ann is also APICS certified and is a LERN Certified Program Planner in Continuing Education.
Jeanie Moore
Jeannie Moore is the Vice President for Advancement and Corporate Education at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in Salisbury, North Carolina. She has been with the college since 1977 and has been a member of the college's Cabinet since 1996. Jeannie is a member of the NC Community College System's Workforce Development Leadership Committee and the statewide Performance Measures Task Force. She is a past president of the NC Community Collge Adult Educator's Association and was Co-Director of the NC Community College Leadership Program from 1990-1992. She facilitated the development of the R3 Career Center, a community-based career center serving displaced workers seeking to connect to emerging careers in the college's two-county service area, and has been named one of the Women Extraordinaire in the Charlotte, NC region by Business Leader Magazine.
Reine Price
Reine Price is the Chair of Continuing Education and Professional Development at Miami Dade College in Florida. She has been in the field of education since 1973, having specialized in program development for gifted and talented students, and is a skilled presenter, facilitator, and staff trainer, having conducted over 50 professional presentations at the local, regional, state, and national levels. She is highly skilled in program development for college reading programs and technology retrofit programs, serves on the Administrative Leadership Council, and continues to be involved with the School of Education as an adjunct instructor.
Shelley White
Shelley White is the Senior Executive Director of Economic and Workforce Development/Continuing Education at Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College in North Carolina. She has been with the college as an instructor and administrator in the Workforce Development/Continuing Education Division for ten years. Her professional interests include connecting with business and industry to develop training solutions and fostering an exciting work environment for staff and instructors.
